NOTE: Avoid applying rich creams and oils around your eyes as they can promote puffiness and could cause allergic reactions.

Chamomile tea bags contain German chamomile, although they may not be labeled as such. If you are allergic to ragweed, regular use of German chamomile may produce an allergic reaction.
1/8 chamomile tea bags
1 cup distilled water
Heat distilled water to boiling and remove from heat after it comes to rolling boil.
Add tea bags to water and allow cooling to lukewarm.
Remove tea bags and squeeze excess fluid.
Place tea bags on closed eyes. Leave in place for 15 minutes.
Remove and discard bags.
Retain the infusion, storing in the refrigerator for up to three days. It can be used as a hair or facial rinse.
